glazing estimating and project management software

Price the bid.
Run the job that follows.

D8Pro is a web application that commercial glass and glazing contractors use to price a bid and run the job that follows — taking off drawings, costing each scope, sending vendor RFQs, issuing proposals and tracking the work through to closeout. Built for commercial glass and glazing contractors — curtain wall, window wall, storefront, railings and the glass that goes in them.

What D8Pro does

D8Pro is a private web application for estimating and delivering commercial glazing work. Estimators, project managers and field crews use it to take off drawings, price each scope, buy material and issue proposals. The general contractors and clients they work with sign in to the same application to review a proposal, approve a submittal or track a delivery.

It is not a free trial or a consumer product. An account always belongs to a company workspace — you either set your company up or join one you have been invited to — and each company only ever sees its own bids, pricing and documents.

  • 01

    Bids & estimates

Every invitation to bid in one place — drawings, addenda, site address, bid due dates and which general contractors you are quoting.

  • 02

    Takeoff & elevations

Draw each frame elevation, dimension it, and generate the aluminium and glass takeoff straight from the geometry.

  • 03

    Scope pricing

Price glass, aluminium and purchased products per scope, with labour rates, burden, overhead, markup and sales tax applied automatically.

  • 04

    Vendor RFQs

Send requests for quote to glass and aluminium suppliers, compare what comes back, and carry vendor minimums into the estimate.

  • 05

    Proposals

Build the proposal PDF from the priced scopes in your own branding, email it to the general contractor, and track deliveries, revisions and follow-ups.

  • 06

    Procurement & closeout

Purchase orders, delivery tracking, submittal packages and field reports through to warranty hand-off.

Signing in with Google

What D8Pro asks your Google account for

You can sign in with Google instead of a password. You see exactly which permissions are requested on Google's own consent screen, and D8Pro only asks for the two below.

  • We never read, download or store your email, contacts, calendar or Drive files.
  • We never sell Google account data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to anyone else — and no one operating D8Pro reads it.
  • Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You can disconnect D8Pro from your Google account at any time, and ask us to delete the data we hold for you.
openid · email · profile

Confirms who you are so we can match your Google account to your existing user instead of asking for another password. We store your name, email address and profile image URL.

gmail.sendSend only

Lets you email a proposal PDF to a general contractor from your own Gmail address, so their reply comes back to you rather than to a no-reply mailbox. It is requested on the same consent screen as sign-in; you can decline it there — or revoke it later — and still use the app with an email address and password. This permission can only send a message you composed in the app: it cannot read, search, download, modify or delete anything in your mailbox.

How a bid moves through it

From invitation to closeout

One record carries the job the whole way — the takeoff feeds the pricing, the pricing feeds the proposal, and the proposal feeds procurement.

  1. 01

    Invitation to bid

Log the ITB with its drawings, addenda, site address and due date, and record every GC you are quoting.

  2. 02

    Takeoff

Draw the elevations and let the geometry produce the aluminium and glass quantities.

  3. 03

    Pricing

Cost each scope, then apply labour, burden, overhead, markup and sales tax automatically.

  4. 04

    Proposal

Issue the PDF in your own branding, email it from your own address, and track follow-ups.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Purchase orders, submittals, deliveries and field reports through to closeout.

Built for glazing contractors

One workspace per company

D8Pro is the tool. Your company is the one whose name goes on the work — on screen, and on every document it produces.

01

Your company, your workspace

Each company that uses the app gets its own workspace. Bids, pricing, vendors, clients and documents are visible only inside it — never to another company on the platform.

Isolated per company
02

Your identity on every document

Proposals, purchase orders and RFQs carry your company name, logo, address, colours and terms. Set them once in Company Settings and every document follows.

Per-company branding
03

Roles that match your team

Estimators, project managers, accounting and field crews each see only what their role opens — and you can invite the general contractors you quote to review a proposal without giving them anything else.
